During the workshop, you’ll brew and taste six signature Vietnamese coffees, including:

• Espresso Martini: Features a potent blend of espresso, coffee liqueur, and vodka, resulting in a creamy yet energizing drink.
• Local Rice Wine Infusion Tasting: Taste three rice wines infused with local jam — a signature creation of Local Beans Roastery, smooth, sweet, and aromatic.
• Coffee Cocktail: A signature mix of Vietnamese coffee and house-infused rice liquor, blending rich roast notes with smooth, aromatic local spirits.
